Earned a Masters degree on European Integration and International Business at The University of Reading, England. Holds a BA in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). This has led him to a career as government official, international consultant, lecturer and business writer. He is currently a PhD scholar at the Department of International Law and International Relations at the University of Seville.
