Jiří Kindl currently studies in the Magister Juris program at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford (University College). He is also reading for a PhD at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague (thesis topic ‘Agreements Restricting Competition’). Jiří Kindl is an associate with Weil, Gotshal & Manges (Prague office). In both his practice and research, he specializes in competition and European law. The issue of the relationship between European (esp. competition) law and sport is of keen interest to him.
