Samuli Miettinen holds a LLB in European and International law from the University of Wolverhampton, a LLM in European Legal Studies from the University of Durham and is undertaking a LLD at Helsinki University on ‘The Europeanisation of criminal law’. He is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Edge Hill University and has research interests in the practical applications of Community law.
